John has over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has worked with leading Canadian and US financial institutions both as a management consultant and as line management. He is currently a Director within the National Sales Team for a Canadian mid-market Commercial Bank in Toronto. He holds a B.Sc., B.Comm., and MBA. CONTACT: john@mexicantalavera.com
Norm has over 35 years of management and customer service experience. He held senior regional management positions with Ontario Hydro, one of the largest power utilities in North America. Since retiring, he has successfully founded two small business, the other of which is a magazine distribution business for Cottage Life - Canada's Premier Magazine for Cottage Goers! Glad, our newest partner, recently retired from her office supervisory position with the Ministry of Community and Social Services. She honed her superior customer service skills through many years of dealing with the public. She is also the proud grandma to Clayton and Colton Lee!
